Shipping Policy
U.S. Shipping: Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing for original paintings and 3-5 business days for art prints. Once shipped, your package is estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days. You will receive an email once your order ships along with tracking information.
International Shipping: Please note that our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Processing time for international orders is 1-2 weeks and you will receive an email once your order ships. Please be advised that packages can take at least 1-3 months to arrive and that delivery times will vary depending on your location and the country's customs regulations.
How will the artwork be shipped?
For original paintings & art prints that are 9 x 12 or smaller will be shipped flat in a clear sleeve between layers of cardboard and sealed with packing paper. Paintings & prints that are 11 x 14 or bigger are rolled in a clear sleeve and shipped in a thick shipping tube to ensure maximum protection.
Exchange & Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if your item is lost or arrives damaged, please send me an email with proof using the contact form as soon as possible and we will go from there.
